With Greenhouse Sourcing Automation, your organization can source prospects and automate outreach to them, making it easy to quickly grow your talent pipeline.
The prospects replied report shows prospects who replied to an automated email, the date they replied, the sentiment of their reply, and the campaign pool they belong to.
Prospects replied report
To create a prospects replied report, click Reports on your navigation bar.
Click Essential reports on the left.
Scroll to Assess Your Prospecting Efforts (CRM).
Select Sourcing Automation - Prospects Replied.
The prospects replied report will generate.
Underneath the report visualization, you'll also find a table with the following details:
- The prospect who replied
- The reply date
- The prospect's sentiment (if available)
- The Sourcing Automation user who added this prospect
- The prospect's campaign pool

Expand Filters and more and apply filters to further refine your report.
The prospects replied report can be filtered by:
- Activity date
- Campaign pools
- Timeframe (Day or Week)
Click Apply when you're ready to apply your filter selections.
Prospects replied report visualization
The prospects replied report will visualize the number of contacts who have replied as a bar chart.
The visualization displays the total number of replies on the y-axis and the reply date on the x-axis.
You can hover over each bar in the visualization for additional details.
Any filters applied in Filters and more will adjust your report's visualization.
