With Greenhouse Recruiting's Sourcing Automation, your organization can source prospects and automate outreach to them, making it easy to quickly grow your talent pipeline.

The contacts replied report shows prospects who replied to an automated email, the date they replied, the sentiment of their reply, and the campaign pool they belong to.

To create a contacts replied report, click Reports on your navigation bar.

Click Essential reports on the left.

Scroll to the Assess Your Prospecting Efforts (CRM) section, and click Sourcing Automation - Contacts Replied.

The contacts replied report will generate.

The contacts replied report shows prospects who replied to an automated email, the date they replied, the sentiment of their response, and the campaign pool they belong to.

Note: At this time, the sentiment can only be configured manually for each prospect email via Email Inbox Actions.

After an initial email is sent to a prospect, Greenhouse Recruiting will automatically reply to you on the thread with information about the prospect, including a link to their profile in Greenhouse Recruiting, a link to their social media accounts (if present), and an option to mark the prospect's sentiment as the following:

  • Interested
  • Not interested
  • Bad fit
  • Wrong contact
  • Timing
  • Bad data

These categories are referred to as sentiments in the contacts replied report and are captured once you select an option for the prospect's reply. Click here to learn more about email inbox actions.

Click Filters and more to apply filters to further refine your report.

The contacts replied report can be filtered by the following:

  • Activity date
  • Campaign pools
  • Users
  • Timeframe (day or week)

Click Apply after applying any filters to your report.

The contacts replied report will visualize the number of contacts who have replied.

The visualization presents a bar chart with the total number of replies displayed on the y-axis and the date displayed on the x-axis.

You can hover over each point in the visualization for additional details.

Since the visualization displays data from your report, any changes made to the report via Filters and more, like adjusting the date filters, will impact the visualization.
