With Greenhouse Sourcing Automation, your organization can quickly look up and retrieve accurate contact information for prospects you identify, making it easy to grow talent in each campaign pool.
The prospects added report shows each of your campaign pools, the owner, and the number of prospects added to the campaign pool so you can easily report on your talent pipeline's progress.
Prospects added report
To create a prospects added report, click Reports on your navigation bar.
Click Essential reports on the left.
Scroll to Assess Your Prospecting Efforts (CRM).
Select Sourcing Automation - Prospects Added.
The prospects added report will generate.
Underneath the report visualization, you'll also find a table with the following details:
- Campaign pool name
- Campaign pool owner
- Number of prospects added
Prospects added report filters
Expand Filters and more to apply filters and further refine your report.
The prospects added report can be filtered by the following:
- Activity date
- Campaign pools
- Users
- Timeframe (Day or Week)
Click Apply when you're ready to apply your filter selections.
Prospects added report visualization
The prospects added report will visualize the number of prospects added to your campaign pools within the period of time you've set for the activity date filter.
The visualization provides a bar chart that displays the total contacts on the y-axis and the date on the x-axis.
You can hover over each bar in the visualization for additional details.
Any filters applied in Filters and more will adjust your report visualization.
