Note: myInterview was acquired by Radancy and renamed Radancy Screening and Scheduling. If you previously used the myInterview integration with Greenhouse Recruiting, you may therefore notice that the integration and related functionality are now displayed under the Radancy Screening and Scheduling name.
Radancy Screening and Scheduling helps organizations streamline candidate screening and interview scheduling, enabling recruiting teams to assess candidates efficiently and move them through the hiring process faster.
The Radancy Screening and Scheduling integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to send candidates Radancy assessments directly from Greenhouse, synchronize the information required for the screening workflow, and access completed assessment results from Greenhouse.
Configure the Radancy Screening and Scheduling integration
A user with admin access to your organization's Radancy Screening and Scheduling / myInterview dashboard must connect the integration to Greenhouse Recruiting.
To connect Greenhouse Recruiting:
Log in to your organization's Radancy Screening and Scheduling dashboard.
Navigate to Integrations.
Select Greenhouse - Screening and Scheduling (be careful not to use Greenhouse - Video Interview, as this is the previous version).
Click Connect Accounts.
You'll be redirected to Greenhouse Recruiting to authorize the integration. Sign in to Greenhouse if prompted and review the permissions requested by Radancy Screening and Scheduling.
The authorization must be completed by a Greenhouse Site Admin.
Follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your [COMPANY] representative and add the 'myInterview' assessment stage in your interview plans.
After authorization is complete, you'll be redirected to your Radancy Screening and Scheduling dashboard. The Greenhouse integration will display as connected.
Your Greenhouse Recruiting account is now connected to Radancy Screening and Scheduling.
Configure a screening job in Radancy
Screening jobs are configured directly in the Radancy Screening and Scheduling / myInterview dashboard.
A screening job defines the screening experience that will be sent to candidates. Depending on your organization's configuration, a job can contain different questions and screening modules, including Video Interview.
To configure a screening job:
- Log in to your Radancy Screening and Scheduling dashboard.
- Create a new job or open an existing job.
- Configure the questions you want candidates to complete.
- Save the job.
Once configured, your Radancy screening jobs become available for selection in Greenhouse Recruiting as Tests to Send.
Create Greenhouse jobs with the right stage
Before you begin, make sure an administrator has connected your organization's Radancy Screening and Scheduling dashboard to Greenhouse Recruiting using the steps above.
When creating a job in Greenhouse, you can configure a set of custom questions for candidates to answer during their Radancy Screening and Scheduling assessment.
Create a new job in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Continue configuring the job until you reach the Interview Plan section.
Add the myInterview stage to the job's interview plan.
Optionally, if you want to preselect a test (recommended so you don't have to choose it every time you send a screening test to candidates in this job), follow the next steps:
On the Interview Plan, click Edit Interview next to the myInterview step inside the stage.
Select a job from the list on the myInterview Test to Send Candidate field.
Invite candidates through Greenhouse
Once the integration is connected and the Radancy Screening and Scheduling stage has been added to the job, candidates can be invited directly from Greenhouse.
- Open the candidate's profile.
- Find the myInterview stage and expand it.
- Click Send Test.
- Select the appropriate question set from the Test dropdown.
- Click Send Test.
The candidate will receive an invitation to complete their assessment.
Greenhouse will display the assessment status as the candidate progresses through the process.
Review completed interviews through Greenhouse
When a candidate completes their assessment, the result becomes available from their Greenhouse candidate profile.
- Open the candidate's profile in Greenhouse.
- Navigate to the myInterview stage.
- On the submitted tests, click Go to test.
The completed assessment will open in Radancy Screening and Scheduling, where authorized users can review the candidate's responses and results.
You can then complete the candidate's Greenhouse scorecard and continue with your standard recruiting workflow.
Data used by the Assessment integration
For the assessment workflow described in this article, Radancy Screening and Scheduling uses Greenhouse data required to send a candidate a configured screening and return the completed assessment to Greenhouse.
This includes:
- Candidate and application information – to identify the candidate and application associated with the assessment.
- Job information – to associate the candidate with the appropriate Radancy screening configuration.
- Candidate attachments – when required as part of the configured screening workflow.
- Assessment information – to track the status of the assessment and make the completed Radancy report available from Greenhouse.
The integration may also add information generated by the assessment workflow to the candidate's Greenhouse record where applicable.
Note: Radancy Screening and Scheduling also supports additional screening and scheduling workflows beyond the Assessment integration described in this article. Because these capabilities use the same Greenhouse OAuth application, you may see additional permissions listed when authorizing the integration. These additional permissions support other Radancy Screening and Scheduling functionality and aren't required to configure or send the Assessment workflow described above.
Radancy Screening and Scheduling requests only the Greenhouse permissions necessary to support these operations.
