Invite candidates to Voice AI

There are two ways to invite candidates to a Voice AI interview: through your ATS, or with a public link you share yourself. Inviting through your ATS is the recommended method, since it attributes each interview to the right candidate and syncs results back to their profile automatically.

Which jobs are eligible?

Any job that's synced to your ATS is eligible, whether it was imported from the ATS or created manually in Voice AI — as long as it's been trained and synced. See Import a job posting from your ATS.

How it works

The exact steps for sending an invitation vary by ATS provider. Check your ATS's own documentation, or reach out to support if you need help locating the invite action. Once you invite a candidate, Voice AI automatically:

  • Creates a unique interview link for that candidate
  • Attributes the interview to the correct job and candidate profile
  • Syncs results back to the candidate's profile in your ATS

Candidate experience

Voice AI recognizes the candidate automatically, so no login is required. The candidate selects the link and follows the on-screen prompts.

If you don't have an ATS integration set up, or you'd rather share an interview link yourself, you can copy a public invite link directly from Voice AI.

  1. Go to My Interviews.
  2. Select the interview you want to share.
  3. Select Invite candidates.
  4. Select Copy candidate invitation link.

Share the link with candidates however you'd like — by email, LinkedIn, or any other channel.

  • The public link is a single shareable URL for one interview.
  • Candidates who select it are asked for their email address, which Voice AI uses to attribute their results.
  • One link can be shared with as many candidates as you'd like.
  • All results are available in Voice AI. If you also use an ATS integration, results can sync back automatically.
  1. The candidate enters their email address.
  2. They see an overview of the interview, including the company, role, and estimated duration.
  3. They complete an audio and video check.
  4. Voice AI conducts the interview.
  5. They see a confirmation screen once they're finished.

No downloads are required — the interview runs entirely in the candidate's browser.
