Import a job posting from an ATS to Voice AI

If your ATS integration is set up, you can pull an open job posting directly into Voice AI instead of uploading a job description manually.

Note: Your ATS integration needs to be configured before you can import a job.

Steps

  1. Go to My Interviews in the sidebar.
  2. Select Add an Interview.
  3. Under Import from ATS, select Import Job.
  4. Choose from the list of your open ATS job postings.
  5. Select the posting you want to use.
  6. Select Import.

Voice AI pulls in the job title, description, and any other available role details.

After importing

  • Review the auto-populated role details and make any edits needed.
  • Select Continue to start training Voice AI for the role.
