Mettl's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly add Mettl's assessment to a job's interview plan.
Configure the Mettl Greenhouse integration
Please contact your account manager to get access to the pre-built Greenhouse integration with Mettl.
Once your account manager confirms that the Greenhouse integration has been enabled for your account, follow the steps below to enable the integration from your side:
Navigate to your Mettl account.
Navigate to Global settings in My account.
Click the integration tab so that you are redirected to https://mettl.com/integrations.
Navigate to Greenhouse in the list and click Configure/update configuration.
Input the anti-cheating settings as per your requirement and click Save. To know more about the settings, click the info button beside the setting, or reach out to your Mettl account manager.
Once you click Save, a key icon will appear beside update configuration.
Click the key icon and save the key with yourself.
Enable the Harvest optional feature (for fetching HTML report and status of candidate)
Navigate to Greenhouse in the list and click update configuration.
To enable the Harvest optional feature, click Connect.
Fill in the email address you want to use to log in to Greenhouse. Click Log in to Greenhouse.
Click Authorize.
The Harvest optional feature is now enabled for your account. To disconnect, click Disconnect.
Enable the integration from Greenhouse
- Follow the steps in this article to add the Mercer - Mettl assessment stage to your interview plans.
- Once you've set up your interview plans and configured your take-home test, you'll be able to send the test to candidates.
Use the Mettl integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the Mettl integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add Mettl's assessment as an interview stage.
You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage. The assessment instructions will be sent by Mettl.
After it has been sent, an assessment's status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the Mettl application. To see a candidate's results in Mettl, click Go to test. This will redirect to Mettl's report of the candidate, and the score can be viewed in Greenhouse.
If the Harvest optional feature is enabled, additional notifications will appear in the activity log and a PDF report will be available on the application.
