Site Admins and Job Admins who can create, edit, and delete job posts can download multiple job posts at once. Greenhouse emails you a download link when the export is ready. Use this export to support audits, compliance reviews and record keeping.
Download job posts from All Jobs
To download job posts from All Jobs, click Jobs on your navigation bar. Select the checkbox next to each job you want to include, or select all.
Click Bulk actions and in the menu, select Email job posts.
In the confirmation window, click Email job posts. Greenhouse prepares the export in the background and emails you a download link when it is ready.
Note: Each selected job post is exported as a separate PDF. Greenhouse bundles the PDFs into a ZIP file and sends them in a single export.
