RepVue's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to sync sales job postings seamlessly between RepVue and Greenhouse as well as create applicants in Greenhouse directly from RepVue.
Configure the RepVue integration
Log in to the RepVue Employer Platform: https://employer.repvue.com/
If you don't have access, please reach out to your internal RepVue contact to be added.
Navigate to Settings (bottom left corner of the platform)
Select ATS Integrations → Greenhouse, then click Connect (*if already connected with the previous version, click Disconnect, then Connect)
Authorize RepVue to use your Greenhouse account by entering your email and click the Log in to Greenhouse button
You will then be redirected to Greenhouse to log in, either by entering your email or signing in with Google
Authorize RepVue to use your Greenhouse account by clicking the Authorize button. This application will be able to access, create candidates, list job post locations, and list job posts.
If you would prefer to use an org-level service account rather than your personal account, click the Authorize using a service account box.
You will be redirected back to the RepVue Employer portal and a Greenhouse Connected pop-up will appear, and you will need to add your tracking link to attribute candidates to the right source.
To create your tracking link you will start by creating a new source within your Greenhouse account.
Click the gear icon (Configure) at the top right of Greenhouse. Then choose Custom Options > Sources > Create New Source.
Then follow these instructions to create a custom tracking link in Greenhouse - Greenhouse Support - Create a tracking link for a job board
Copy that tracking link you created, and enter it in the Tracking Link field, click save
Use the RepVue integration
How the jobs integration works
- Maintain sync for activated sales jobs–relevant jobs active in your Greenhouse will be active on RepVue
- Job closure maintained–Activating or deactivating a job on Greenhouse will be reflected on RepVue
- RepVue users will be able to apply by an external URL on your Greenhouse site
- When users click 'View Job' on the job post on RepVue, they can read the full job description, then click 'Apply Now', immediately redirected to the Greenhouse site, where they can apply. If a user applies via the URL, they will have the RepVue source appended to track in Greenhouse.

How to export a candidate from RepVue Talent Sourcing to Greenhouse
Navigate to Talent Sourcing in the RepVue Employer Platform: https://employer.repvue.com/source-candidates
Click on a candidate to open the candidate detail page
Click the 'Export to Greenhouse' button
The candidate profile and RepVue data will be automatically sent to your Greenhouse
