The integration ensures that jobs sync in real-time, candidates are tracked from click to hire, and all source data is accurately captured for transparent performance analytics.
Enable the integration
To fully configure the integration, you will need to create a Harvest API Key, a Job Board API Key, and locate your Job Board Token.
Create a Harvest API key
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Joveo integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: Joveo
- Description: Joveo Harvest API Key
Permissions (Harvest API Key V1)
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Joveo integration. These permissions allow Joveo to sync jobs, write "Easy Apply" candidates back into Greenhouse, and track funnel stages.

Generate a Job Board API key
Next, you’ll need to create a Job Board API key for Joveo. Follow the steps in this article and use the information below when creating your API key:
- API Type: Job Board
- Partner: Joveo

Locate your Job Board Token
To make your open jobs available to Joveo, you will also need your Job Board Token. Follow the steps in this article to find your Job Board Token.
Configure Joveo settings
Once you have gathered the above information from Greenhouse, you need to enter them into the Joveo interface to establish the connection.
Step 1: Log in to your Joveo platform.
Step 2: Navigate to the Integrations Page
From the main dashboard, locate the primary navigation menu on the left-hand side of your screen. Click on Integrations to open the Third-Party Integrations hub.
Step 3: Select Greenhouse from the list of available ATS integrations.
On the Integrations page, you will see a catalog of available ATS providers.
- Locate Greenhouse ATS from the list
- Click the + Integrate button on the card
This action will launch a setup wizard to guide you through the connection process.
Step 4: Enter the following details into the configuration fields.
- Integration Name: In the first step, you will be prompted to name the connection. We recommend using a descriptive name, especially if you plan to connect multiple accounts or environments.
- Harvest API Key: Paste the Harvest API Key generated in Step 1.
- Job Board API Key: Paste the Job Board API Key generated in Step 2.
- Job Board Token: Paste the Token copied in Step 3.
Step 5: Connect your Greenhouse account
Your Greenhouse ATS is now successfully connected. The system will initiate the first sync of your open requisitions and job screening questions shortly.
Once complete, the Joveo platform will be fully equipped to distribute your jobs across our publisher network, enable seamless 'Easy Apply' submissions, and track candidate performance from click to hire—optimizing your recruitment spend in real-time.
Use the integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the Joveo integration is enabled, the data flow between the two systems is fully automated.
Job Synchronization & Advertising
As soon as a job is created and set to "Live" within Greenhouse, it is automatically synced to the Joveo platform.
- Recruiters can log into the Joveo platform to view these jobs and launch programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Joveo distributes these jobs to the most effective job boards and publishers based on your campaign goals.
Candidate Application Workflows
The integration supports two distinct application workflows to maximize candidate volume and quality:
1. Redirect Apply (Traffic Sourcing)
For standard job boards, when a candidate clicks on a Joveo ad, they are redirected specifically to the Greenhouse ATS application page via your Job Board URL. This ensures you are sourcing the best traffic directly to your branded career page.
2. Easy Apply (Write-back)
Joveo supports "Easy Apply" publishers (where candidates apply without leaving the job board).
- Joveo pulls the specific job questions from Greenhouse and sends them to the publisher.
- The job seeker completes the application on the publisher site.
- Joveo captures the application and automatically writes the candidate profile, resume, and answers back into Greenhouse.
- The user will see these candidates appear in Greenhouse immediately, just as if they applied via the career page.
Funnel Tracking & Optimization
Joveo uses the integration to perform "closed-loop" analytics. Joveo periodically scans the application stages in Greenhouse to understand how candidates from specific sources are progressing.
- Optimization: Joveo uses this data to identify which sources are generating hires versus just clicks, and automatically optimizes the media spend upstream.
- Analytics: Full performance analytics (Spend vs. Hires) are displayed within the Joveo platform.
