Casium’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to request an Immigration Assessment directly from your Greenhouse Recruiting account.
Casium Immigration Assessments are informational and solely for the purposes of immigration planning. Assessments do not determine hiring eligibility or work authorization. Information from the assessment may not be used as the sole basis for hiring or rejection decisions.
Enable the integration
Follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your Casium representative and add the ‘Casium’ assessment stage in your interview plans.
Once the Casium integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the Casium immigration assessment as an interview stage.
Using the integration
You can send an assessment form to a candidate by selecting the Send test to candidate button next to the interview stage.
After clicking Send test to candidate, you will need to select Who should grade it. There is no grading involved with Casium Immigration Assessments. Instead, the user you select under Who should grade it, will be the user who receives confirmation that the assessment has been completed.
After clicking Send Test, the candidate will receive an email from Casium inviting them to complete the Casium Immigration Assessment form.
After the assessment form has been sent to the candidate, the assessment’s status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting as Awaiting candidate’s submission.
Once the candidate has submitted the assessment form, Casium will process the candidate’s responses and produce the Casium Immigration Assessment. Once this is completed, the grader that was selected will receive an email confirming that the test has been submitted. Click the link in the email to be taken to the Interview Kit in Greenhouse Recruiting.
In the Interview Kit, click View Report to schedule a consultation with Casium to review the candidate’s assessment.
In addition, you can also view the candidate page in Greenhouse Recruiting and see that the assessment has been completed. Click Go to test, and this will also take you to schedule a consultation with Casium to review the candidate’s assessment.
