The identity verification daily digest is an email notification that summarizes identity verification activity for a job. It helps your team stay up to date on candidate verification status without needing to check each profile individually.
The digest is sent once per day, whenever there is new activity.
Add users to the notification list for the daily digest
To add users to the notification list for the daily report, click Jobs from the navigation bar and select a job from the list.
Click Job Setup and navigate to Notifications on the left.
Scroll to the Candidate notifications section and click Configure beside Identity Verification Daily Digest.
Click the Participants dropdown and select the appropriate person. You can select a person by name, or you can select the hiring managers listed on the job's hiring team. When finished, click Save.
Note: Only users who have appropriate permissions on the job and for identity verification will populate in the dropdown.
All selected users will receive a daily email that contains updates to candidates' identity verification status.
Remove users from the notification list for the daily digest
To remove users from the notification list, navigate to the name of a user listed in the Participants dropdown and click X to the right of their name.
Repeat as necessary for other users and click Save when finished.
