The Dstribute.io OFCCP Posting Service is configured at the organization level to seamlessly integrate with your Greenhouse Recruiting job board feed, ensuring all your live job posts are automatically synced and distributed to the appropriate state job boards.

Locate your job board URL
To make your open jobs available to Dstribute.io, you’ll need to send your job board URL.
You can find your Job Board URL by navigating to the Job Board settings. (Configure > Job Boards & Posts > Ellipsis icon next to job board > Edit Board Settings) and scroll to the URL field.
Once you have this URL, send it to dstribute.io at support@dstribute.io.

Once Dstribute enables the integration, all live job posts from the job board you selected will be sent to Dstribute.io.
Note: Your job post must have a location selected under Job Setup > Job Posts; otherwise, it will not sync.
Any job posting that does not have a valid City / State combination (i.e., remote and nationwide) will be posted under the company's headquarters.
This information will be configured during initial setup at dstrbute.io
Note: Once a job post is published, dstribute will automatically import your jobs multiple times a day. From there, it can take up to 48 hours for the data to be processed and the job post to appear on the correct OFCCP site.
You are required to have an account with each individual state job board, and dstribute.io can help you set up all of your sites. You will manage your job board credentials on dstribute.io.
Once your job has been imported, dstribute will automatically post it to the diversity network and email it to the appropriate outreach contacts using geo-location data.
Edit or delete a job post on State-Specific Job Boards
To edit the content of a job post or remove it entirely from the specific OFCCP state job board, edit or delete the job post on Greenhouse Recruiting. Please note that not all state Job boards support edits and deletions.
Your changes will automatically sync with dstribute.io the next time dstribute.io receives updates from Greenhouse Recruiting and will update or delete your position accordingly.
Enabling OFCCP Source tracking
If you want to add a custom source, such as the example below, for your applicants, you can do the following.
Click the Gear icon to get to the (Configure page)
Click on Custom Options, then Sourcing Strategies
From the Manage Sourcing Strategies page, create a new sourcing strategy as OFCCP (or any label you wish to use).
Once created, go back to the Custom Options page and click on the Source option.
Click the Create New Source button and select the custom OFCCP as your Sourcing Strategy, and then enter Dstribute as the Name of the source
(You can label these values as needed for your organization.)
Then Click the Gear Icon (Configure Page) and Select Job Boards page.
Ellipsis icon next to job board > Tracking Link
In the Get Tracking Link Module Window.
Select No one for (who gets credit)
Select Dstribute for the source.
(You will see the new sourcing strategy and name you just created in this pulldown list.)
Click Create Link. Copy that link and email it to support@dstribute.io.
Once we have the correct tracking link code, we will add this information to your dstribute account, and all traffic from our OFCCP postings will be automatically assigned to this new source

State Specific Reports
Dstribute provides organizations with a real-time status dashboard that imports all active job postings directly from Greenhouse.
This dashboard offers:
- Current Job Status: A breakdown of your active job postings by state.
- Credentials Management: You can add/manage specific credentials for each state site.
- Processing Confirmation: Verification that your job postings have been successfully processed and accepted.
- Performance Timeline: A timeline view showing when jobs were posted and the resulting traffic from those postings.
State-Specific Reports
Dstribute provides clear, real-time reporting on all processed jobs, accessible by clicking "View" or searching by specific state. This reporting includes the posting status, processing dates, and applicant traffic reported from your postings, and the pages are fully searchable..
Specific Job Details
This report provides the current status of each job posting, including confirmation details such as screenshots and posting receipt information received from the job boards. It also includes direct links to all the different Diversity Networks associated with the postings.
Additionally, the report lists all outreach contacts to whom the job posting has been emailed, detailing the contact name, email address, and contact type. Users can search and add more contacts from our extensive, geo-location-based database to ensure local representatives are included for your postings.
