Job reports fields

Identity verification data is available in the Build Your Own Job report. These fields allow you to see whether identity verification is enabled on a job and review verification outcomes across all candidates associated with that job.

To learn how to create and customize reports, see Create a custom report using Report Builder.

Attribute columns

The following attribute column is available at the job level:

  • Identity verifications enabled: Indicates whether identity verification is configured for the job (True or False).

Metrics

The following metrics are available:

  • Identity verification statuses: Displays the total number of verification outcomes for candidates on the job. Statuses are grouped into the following categories: Verified, Failed, Not yet verified, Flagged, Pending, and Incomplete.

Verification status counts include all candidates associated with the job, regardless of their current stage.

  • Verification requests by stage (if enabled): Displays the number of verification requests sent at each stage.

  • Identity verification status: Filter or group candidates by their most recent verification outcome.

Identity verification status definitions

In Report Builder, detailed verification results are grouped into six high-level statuses. This grouping provides a consistent way to analyze verification outcomes across jobs and candidates. You can read more about identity verification statuses here.

The statuses are:

  • Verified: The candidate’s identity verification was completed and confirmed.

  • Failed: The candidate did not pass identity verification.

  • Not yet verified: No identity verification request is associated with the candidate’s current stage. This status appears when verification has not been triggered for the application.

  • Flagged: The verification was completed but returned a result that requires review. This includes information mismatches and VPN usage.

  • Pending: The verification request was sent but is not yet complete.

  • Incomplete: The verification was not completed. This includes requests that expired, were declined or cancelled, or encountered an error.
