Prevue HR’s integration with Greenhouse allows organizations to manage assessments directly within their existing recruiting workflow. Recruiters can add assessments to their interview plan, automatically send them to candidates, and view completion status and results right from the candidate profile.

Prevue HR’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly add Prevue’s assessment to a job's interview plan.
Enable the integration
Follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your Prevue representative and add the assessment stage in your interview plans.
Once you’ve set up your interview plans and configured your take home test, you’ll be able to send the test to candidates.
Use the integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the Prevue integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the Prevue assessment as an interview stage.
You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage. The assessment instructions will be sent by Prevue.
After it has been sent, an assessment’s status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the Prevue application. ‘Go to test’ will go directly to the reports in the Prevue application.
To see a candidate’s results in Preuve, click View Report .
Any reports applicable to the candidate appear on this page. Reports are available for viewing in the PrevueHub system or download as PDF.
