Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Fingerprint For Success (F4S) allows you to seamlessly add the F4S assessment to a job's interview plan.
Set up the F4S integration
Retrieve your F4S API key
If you already have an F4S Organization plan, you can get your API key from the API tab of your organization’s settings page. Once you have received your API key, click here to open a ticket with Greenhouse
Otherwise, to enable the integration, follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your F4S representative and set up the assessment stage in your interview plans.
Once you've set up your interview plans and configured your take-home test, you'll be able to send the test to candidates.
Add the F4S assessment stage to job’s interview plan
Once the F4S integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the F4S assessment as an interview stage.
Once the stage has been added to the job's interview plan, click Edit Take Home Test. Use the provided drop-down menu to choose assessments that you have previously set up in F4S.
Select the appropriate assessment and assign at least one Greenhouse user to grade/review submitted assessments. When finished, click Save.

Send and review the test
You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage.
Note: When you send a test from Greenhouse, the interview instructions are actually sent by F4S.
After it has been sent, an assessment's status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Review candidate results
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the F4S application.
To see a candidate's results in F4S, click View Report.
This will redirect you to F4S and automatically connect you to the candidate. From there, you can use the full power of the F4S platform to compare, benchmark, rank and assess your candidates in the context of your team and company.
