Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Fingerprint For Success (F4S) allows you to seamlessly add the F4S assessment to a job's interview plan.

Enable the Greenhouse/F4S integration
If you already have an F4S Organization plan, you can get your API key from the API tab of your organization’s settings page:
Otherwise, contact your F4S representative (email@example.com) to receive your API key.
Once you have received your API key, click here to open a ticket with Greenhouse or if logged in to your Greenhouse account, click the “Get help” widget in the bottom left of your screen.
You will be prompted to add a search topic in the help window. Search for the name of the integration you are requesting to be enabled, but keep in mind you will need to scroll through to select “No that answer was not helpful” after the recommended articles:
Select the email contact method to fill out the Support form:
The Greenhouse Support Team will send an email confirming the ticket has been created and may require account verification before they can receive your API key. The Greenhouse Support Team will respond with a SendSafely link for you to enter your API key. A notification will be sent to the Greenhouse Support Team after you have entered your API key and they will email you to confirm that your API key has been set up in your account and your integration is enabled.
Add F4S assessment stage to job’s interview plan
Once the Greenhouse/F4S integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the F4S assessment as an Interview stage.
To do this for an existing job, navigate to a job ( All Jobs>Job Name ) and click Job Setup from the Job navigation bar.
From the Job Setup page, navigate to Interview Plan on the left-hand panel. Scroll down the page and click + Add a Stage.
From the Add Stage dialog box, select the F4S stage. When finished, click Add to apply the stage to the job's interview plan.
Configure the F4S assessment stage
Once the stage has been added to the job's interview plan, click Edit Take Home Test. Use the provided drop-down menu to choose assessments that you have previously set up in F4S.
Select the appropriate assessment and assign at least one Greenhouse user to grade/review submitted assessments. When finished, click Save.
Send and review the test
Go to All candidates and select the candidates you want to do the assessment.
Use the Move Stage button to move the candidate to the Fingerprint For Success stage
Then click the Send Test button to send the test to the candidate.
Once the candidate has completed the F4S Assessment you will see in the candidate profile when the Assessment was sent.
When candidates are moved into the F4S interview stage, Greenhouse will display a Send Test link.
The status of the assessment will be viewable in Greenhouse:
View a candidate’s motivational report
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit emailed to the assigned grader will contain a link to view the submitted test on F4S.
To view the candidate's F4S results, follow the link from the email to the interview kit.
Or click Select Interview Kit from the candidates list:
Once there click the View Report button.
This will take you into the F4S app and automatically connect you to the candidate. From there you can use the full power of the F4S platform to compare, benchmark, rank and assess your candidates in the context of your team and company.
