Enhanced MyGreenhouse setup
Greenhouse has redesigned the MyGreenhouse setup experience to give customers more clarity, control, and confidence when configuring candidate-facing features.
Updates include a new Setup Overview showing which features are active, previews so teams can see the candidate experience before enabling features, and more granular settings for Job Alerts, Quick Apply, Application Status, and Tasks.
Site Admins can update these settings under Configure > MyGreenhouse. (Previously named "Candidate portal")
"Email the team" stage transition
Organizations can now configure stage transitions to automatically email the hiring team, eliminating the need for specific workarounds like @mentions or manual email reminders.

Filter internal job boards by custom fields
Organizations can now configure internal job boards so employees can filter by custom fields, allowing your team to fine-tune their searches.
To enable this feature, navigate to job board setup for your internal board. (Configure > Job Boards & Posts Ellipses icon > Edit)
Set up job alerts for internal job boards
Employees can now configure job alerts for internal job boards and receive notification emails about new roles at your organization. This new feature allows employees to stay connected to open roles at your company without manually browsing through roles.
Users can set up emails by clicking Notification settings on the internal job board widget on their dashboard.
Required global email for LinkedIn
Starting December 31, 2025, any job sent to LinkedIn without a Job Poster Email will not be published on their platform. This requirement applies globally across all partner integrations and is part of LinkedIn’s broader efforts to improve job quality and reduce abuse.
An email can be updated on the Job Boards & Posts page. (Configure > Job Boards & Posts > scroll to Global Partner Settings)

LinkedIn Limited Listings and Apply Connect Access for organizations less than 30 days old
To safeguard job seekers and improve job quality, LinkedIn is enforcing a mandatory 30-day “cooling period” before organizations can access Limited Listings or Apply Connect. As a result, accounts and sandbox orgs must be at least 30 days old before they can access LinkedIn Limited Listings or LinkedIn Apply Connect.
Accounts created before December 1, 2025 will not be affected by this change.
