HRIS Link features email notifications for auditing imports between your HRIS and Greenhouse Recruiting. These emails can help to inform you of any errors or recommended process changes. For more information on the different types of email notifications available with HRIS Link, click here.

Using HRIS Link email subjects, you can construct email filters to better manage HRIS Link notifications.

HRIS link logging (success / error) emails are sent every 15 minutes, while HRIS Link notification emails occur when a job is created, closed, out of sync with the HRIS, or gets additional openings.

Notification emails	{JOB_NAME} (REQ_ID) is now available in Greenhouse

	{JOB_NAME} (REQ_ID) should be opened in Greenhouse
	{JOB_NAME} (REQ_ID) should be closed in Greenhouse
