HRIS Link logging email address email subjects

HRIS link logging emails are sent every 15 minutes. Each email will have one of the following subjects:

Subject type Email subject
Error emails

HRIS Link: Job import failed

HRIS Link: Failed to access Workday

HRIS Link: Job import completed with errors

HRIS Link: Office import completed with errors

HRIS Link: Office import failed

HRIS Link: Department import completed with errors

HRIS Link: Department import failed

HRIS Link: User import completed with errors

HRIS Link: User import failed

HRIS Link: New hire import completed with errors

Success emails

HRIS Link: Job import completed successfully

HRIS Link: Job import completed successfully with no changes

HRIS Link: Office import completed successfully

HRIS Link: Office import completed successfully with no changes

HRIS Link: Department import completed successfully

HRIS Link: Department import completed successfully with no changes

HRIS Link: User import completed successfully

HRIS Link: User import completed successfully with no changes

HRIS Link: New hire file export completed successfully

Notification emails*

{JOB_NAME} (REQ_ID) automatically closed in Greenhouse

Note: This email will only occur if your organization is using auto-close.

{JOB_NAME} (REQ_ID) should be opened in Greenhouse

{JOB_NAME} (REQ_ID) should be closed in Greenhouse

X New opening(s) have been added to {JOB_NAME} (REQ_ID)

* Notification emails occur when a job is created, closed, out of sync with the HRIS, or gets additional openings.

Suggested email filters

Email subject contains words "import failed" OR "completed with errors" OR "Failed to access Workday"
  • Don’t filter or mark as read
  • Keep in the primary inbox
  • Label "errors"
Email subject contains the word “import completed successfully"
  • Mark as read
  • Label "success" or another word/term for filtering purposes
Email subject contains the word “job”
  • Mark with label “jobs”

Email subject contains the word “office”

  • Mark with label “offices”

Email subject contains the word “department”

  • Mark with label “departments”

Email subject contains the word “user”

  • Mark with label “user”
