RaaS custom options sync

The RaaS (report-as-a-service) option is a report-based integration that requires a custom Workday®️ RaaS report to be built for each custom option that you want to sync.

With this integration, updates are provided every 30 minutes.

This integration option is API-based and is dependent on the available list of Web Service calls provided by Workday®️.

  • Only compatible with certain web services versions 23.0 and 24.2
  • Cannot filter out inactive options
  • Cannot customize how options are displayed
  • Cannot control the ordering of options
