Country code on job posts
Job applications now include a country code picker for phone numbers, giving candidates a clearer, more consistent way to enter their contact details—whether applying through a job post or Quick Apply in MyGreenhouse. The selected country code is stored in Greenhouse Recruiting to support accurate, structured data.
Improvements to calculated custom fields
Calculated fields can now reference other calculated fields, making it easier to build multi-step logic without duplicating work.
Offer fields also support more complex formulas, including multiple field references, fixed numbers, and repeated operators. This helps teams set up detailed compensation structures, such as salary breakdowns by pay frequency or region.

Updated names for AI features to improve clarity
We’ve renamed a few AI settings so they more clearly reflect what they do:
Keyword suggestions replaces Talent Filtering and Talent Rediscovery. It uses AI to suggest relevant filter keywords based on the job description or your input—making it faster to refine your search.
Prospect response review is the new name for GHSA Sentiment Analysis. It gives you AI-powered insights into candidate replies, helping you quickly gauge tone and intent while keeping you in control of the final decision.
Scorecard summaries now include a clearer description, highlighting how it brings together interview feedback, points of agreement or disagreement, and key quotes for your team.
New Connected integrations page
Users with developer permissions can now view a Connected integrations page in the Dev Center.
This early access release lists Harvest v3 Partner integrations that use OAuth and lays the groundwork for a centralized place to manage all of your organization’s integrations.
More integration types will be added to this page in future updates.

Assign onboarding tasks to multiple people
Users can now assign the same onboarding task to more than one person. The task stays open until one team member completes it, helping reduce delays and making it easier for others to step in when needed.

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue that returned an error when users tried to send a personal self-schedule request email template.
- Fixed an issue where custom fields were automatically rounding numerical values to two decimal points.
- Fixed an issue where the old Job Notes field was still displaying after the job notes update last month.
- Fixed an issue where the self-schedule window was not loading when there were too many email template options or custom fields.
- Fixed an issue where users saw an error when trying to select a personal self-schedule email template.
- Fixed an issue where the Mark as Hired date was automatically updating to the day before if the user was located in a different time zone.
- Fixed an issue where migrated candidates were not receiving candidate surveys.
