MyGreenhouse is a central portal that helps candidates manage their job search. With MyGreenhouse Jobs, they can now explore open roles from across all participating Greenhouse customers in one place.

Overview
MyGreenhouse Jobs offers candidates a central hub to explore and discover open opportunities across companies that on Greenhouse. For your organization, MyGreenhouse Jobs provides:
- Access to more qualified and engaged candidates who are actively searching for roles.
- Unique data that helps you cut through the noise to identify applicants with the experience you need and strong interest in your company and role (like Dream Job candidates and job alerts subscribers).
- A modern, unified job search experience that reflects your brand.
Add your roles to MyGreenhouse Jobs
You can add your roles to MyGreenhouse Jobs for your whole org or by job board. To enable MyGreenhouse Jobs for your org, go to Configure > Candidate portal. Then, select "Turn on for all job boards."
You can include or exclude job posts from MyGreenhouse Jobs for individual job board on this page or within your job board's settings.
To update MyGreenhouse Jobs within your board's settings, go to Configure > Job boards and posts. Select the job board name you'd like to edit, then go to Board settings. Scroll to "MyGreenhouse," then use the checkbox to enable or disable MyGreenhouse Jobs.
MyGreenhouse Jobs automatically uses publicly available data from your external job boards to keep job listings up-to-date, so there's no follow-up required if you make changes to your job after publishing it.
Add your logo
Adding your logo to MyGreenhouse Jobs helps your roles stand out in search results, builds trust with job seekers, and reinforces your employer brand at a glance.
To add or change your logo, go to Configure > Candidate portal. Scroll to "Logo."
Choose the job board that you'd like to add a logo for, then select "Upload logo." Once you've added your logo file, click "Save changes."
Candidate view
Job seekers access job search in the MyGreenhouse candidate portal. They search for roles and view results in MyGreenhouse, then apply through your existing job board.
In MyGreenhouse, candidates can:
- Access Greenhouse Jobs from their main portal navigation.
- Browse and search roles across all participating employers.
- Track all their submitted applications in one convenient place.
When candidates sign into MyGreenhouse, they can begin their search from their dashboard.
When a candidate wants to view and apply to the role, they're linked to your job board where they'll apply as usual.
Candidates can also browse roles by selecting MyGreenhouse Jobs from the navigation bar.
They'll see a list of roles that are similar to roles they've shown interest in.
