Set up the Greenhouse Recruiting / Teen integration
To integrate with Teen, you’ll need to complete the following steps:
- Create a Harvest API key in Greenhouse Recruiting
- Log in to ats.teenhire.co and follow the steps to enter your Harvest API key
- Link the position you want to start sourcing for
Create a Harvest API key
To configure the Teen integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: Teen or Unlisted Vendor
- Description: Teen API Key

Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Teen integration:

Once the key is created, copy it as you’ll need it in the next step.
Enter the API key in Teen
Go to ats.teenhire.co
Enter the email you have shared with the Teen team and click Send Login Link. Check your inbox and follow the link
Click on Link ATS to begin the integration.
Select Greenhouse from the ATS list, and follow the integration steps.
Confirm that you are an administrator to continue.
Review the permission and click Next.
Enter the API Key, and click Next.
Wait for the setup to complete.
After your setup is done, click Next.
Review the final step and click Finish.
Link positions to Greenhouse
Once your initial setup is finished, navigate to Teen and click Link position.
Select the position you want to start sourcing.
Click Link Position.
Use the integration
After linking positions, you will see candidates populating your pipeline in around 24 hours.
When candidates are created via Teen, the following fields are mapped to Greenhouse. A pdf will also be generated containing the information.
