The Greenhouse HRMS integration in our application allows HR professionals to analyze and shortlist top candidates efficiently based on job descriptions and role requirements. It helps HR professionals streamline candidate evaluation by providing insights into the likelihood of a candidate joining.

Create a Harvest API Key
To configure the Leap with Greenhouse HRMS integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key. Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Leap-Greenhouse integration. Be sure to copy the API key as you’ll need it in the next step.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: Leap Supreme Screening Platform or unlisted vendor
- Description: Leap Supreme Screening Platform Key and Harvest API Key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Leap Supreme Screening Platform integration:

The HRMS system requires a valid Harvest API Key from Greenhouse. Users need to enter their API key in the application settings.
Use the Leap Supreme Screening Platform Integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
After authentication, the system prompts the user to enter the Job ID for which candidates need to be analyzed.
The application fetches details of all candidates who have applied for the specified job role. The system processes the candidate data, ranking them based on relevance to job requirements.
Additional insights, including joining likelihood and Analysis are generated.
Results & Insights
Users receive a structured analysis report, including:
- Top-ranked candidates
- Candidate profiles and relevant experience
- Probability of joining analysis

What happens if I enter an incorrect Job ID?
The system will prompt an error and request a valid Job ID before proceeding.
Can I adjust the ranking criteria?
Currently, rankings are based on predefined metrics. However, customization options may be available in future updates.
