Create a Harvest API key
To configure the Veton AI integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Veton AI integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: Veton AI or Unlisted Vendor
- Description: Veton AI Harvest API Key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Veton AI integration:

Add Harvest API key to Veton
Once done, follow these steps to in Veton to complete the integration:
Log in to your organization and access your Board, and click on the Connect to your ATS button
Select Greenhouse.
Paste your Harvest API Key and press Connect.
Your positions and applicants will start to sync immediately.
Use the Veton AI integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Your positions and applicants will start populating into Veton and automated interviews will start happening based on Veton configurations where you will have the option to do Phone or Video AI Interviews, whether you want to send the start interview links via email or sms, whether you have specific evaluation criteria or not.
You will also have access to a detailed resume analysis as well as cheat detection and an extremely detailed interview analysis along with the recordings. .
This detailed analysis is brought back to Greenhouse and attached to the candidate's record for review. The assigned hiring team will receive notifications that this has been completed.
If you are adding or editing the customer’s data as part of the integration, please specify the Greenhouse user(s) as on-behalf-of users header in this section. For example, if you are using the same recruiter’s user ID to make all edits, it makes sense to note this in the article to avoid confusion.
