No, HRIS Link will not change your organization’s office or department hierarchy. HRIS Link will create new offices or departments, and may update the name of existing offices or departments in Greenhouse Recruiting, but it will not move existing offices or departments to a different place in your organization structure.
When I create a new office or department in my HRIS, where will it appear in the Greenhouse Recruiting organizational hierarchy?
Offices and departments created by HRIS Link supports building the hierarchy or tiering by leveraging the HRIS Link office/department report header
external_parent_id. When using the
external_parent_id report header, customers will be able to assign an office or department to have a parent.
