Users signed into Greenhouse Recruiting or Greenhouse Onboarding can connect with the Greenhouse Technical Support team via live chat during specified operating hours.

Note: Live chat is not accessible from the Support Center. Users can access live chat only from within one of the Greenhouse applications.

To begin a live chat, click the Get help widget at the lower-left corner of any page in the Greenhouse Recruiting or Greenhouse Onboarding application 

Type your question or issue and press Enter to send it. Try and provide clear details so that our team can assist you in the best way possible.

Tip: For the quickest and most helpful support, we recommend providing clear details with keywords. Entering words like Chat or Help will still get you to our Technical Support team, but won't provide the agent any upfront information about your issue.

Based on your message, we'll automatically show a few articles that might answer your question even faster than our Technical Support team. To view a full article, click Read More on the suggested solution.

If one of the suggested solutions resolves your question, scroll to the bottom of the solutions list to find Was this answer helpful? and click Yes to conclude the support interaction.

If the suggested solutions didn't answer your question, click No. You can then enter a ticket to be sent to the Greenhouse Support team. 

To contact the Greenhouse Support team, you can choose to either email or chat live. Email is always selectable, and Live Chat is available during specified operating hours.

If it's available, Live Chat will prompt the next available Technical Support Specialist to join the chat. The agent will have access to the original questions you entered in the chat window.
