Users signed into Greenhouse Recruiting or Greenhouse Onboarding can connect with the Greenhouse Technical Support team via live chat during specified operating hours.
Note: Live chat is not accessible from the Support Center. Users can access live chat only from within one of the Greenhouse applications.
To begin a live chat, click the question mark icon at the lower-left corner of any page in Greenhouse Recruiting.
This will open the Resource Library. Select Contact support to open the chat.
Type your question or issue and press Enter to send it. Try and provide clear details so that our team can assist you in the best way possible.
Tip: For the quickest and most helpful support, we recommend providing clear details with keywords. Entering words like Chat or Help will still get you to our Technical Support team, but won't provide the agent any upfront information about your issue.
Based on your message, we'll try and answer questions directly.
If we're not able to resolve your question, you can choose to either email a ticket or chat live. Ticket is always selectable, and Chat is available during specified operating hours.
If it's available, Chat will prompt the next available Technical Support Specialist to join the chat. The agent will have access to the original questions you entered in the chat window.
