Starcircle is a talent sourcing platform that blends smart technology with human intuition to help recruiting teams become more efficient.
Greenhouse Recruiting’s integration with Starcircle allows users to automatically parse profile data from the Starcircle platform to their Greenhouse CRM and/or ATS. This integration allows profiles to be attached to Greenhouse Recruiting job requisitions and pipelines.
Create a Harvest API Key for the Starcircle integration
To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / Starcircle integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the Starcircle integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API type: Harvest
- Partner: Starcircle
- Description: Starcircle Harvest API key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Starcircle integration:
Candidates
- Add Candidate
- Add Prospect
- Post Attachment
- List Candidates
Jobs
- List Jobs
- Receive Jobs
Users
- List Users
Use the Starcircle integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Log into Greenhouse Recruiting and create a job.
Copy the Greenhouse Recruiting job ID from the job's URL and store it in a safe location.
Next, log into Starcircle and create a corresponding job under the Jobs tab.
Paste the Greenhouse job ID into the ATS Job ID field in Starcircle.
Click Save.
Profiles sourced by Starcircle will now be input into the specific job you linked with Greenhouse Recruiting. Starcircle can send the following data to Greenhouse Recruiting, which appear on the candidate's profile:
- first_name
- last_name
- company
- title
- mobilePhone
- email1
- email2
- phone_numbers
- social_media_addresses
- address
- country
- state
- city
- educations
- employments
- tags
- username
- source_id
- job_id
- cvFile
