Greenhouse Recruiting’s integration with Ducknowl allows users to pull candidates' resumes, names, and emails, from Greenhouse to Ducknowl so recruiters can start the screening process quickly.
Create a Harvest API key for the Ducknowl Export integration
To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / Ducknowl integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the Ducknowl integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API type: Harvest
- Partner: Ducknowl Export
- Description: Ducknowl Export Harvest API key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Ducknowl integration:

Applications
- All permissions
Candidates
- All permissions
Close Reasons
- All permissions
Custom Field Options
- All permissions
Job Openings
- All permissions
Job Posts
- All permissions

When finished, click Save.
Your Harvest API key for the Greenhouse Recruiting / Ducknowl Export integration is created and configured.
Use the Ducknowl Export integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Using the same Ducknowl profile logged in under when integrating Greenhouse Recruiting with Ducknowl export, click your name in the top-right hand and select Recruiters View.
Recruiter View displays a list of jobs you have created. If the job you want to pull resumes for is not in the list, then create the job by clicking add job and follow the steps provided. If/once job is created, click on it.
To connect this job with a specific job posting on Greenhouse and pull resumes specific to this job, click on the edit option displayed with a pencil icon near the job title.
This opens a pop up. Enter the ATS Link in the ATS Link field.
The ATS link can be found on your Greenhouse Recruiting account. Click All Jobs in your Greenhouse Recruiting account and select the specific job in Greenhouse Recruiting you want to pull resumes for. Once you have selected the specific job posting, copy the URL link from the address bar. This is the link you can paste in the ATS Link field described in the previous step.
Click Saves Changes and Ducknowl will pull all resumes from Greenhouse Recruiting for the job posting you have linked.
