How to use the BrightHire Integration with Greenhouse

First, download the BrightHire Chrome Extension.

You are ready to use Greenhouse with the magic of BrightHire!

Any interview scheduled through Greenhouse with a phone number anywhere in the event, or with a Zoom in the invitation, is accessible with BrightHire with just one click. Just click on the event in your Google Calendar and use the “Call with BrightHire” or “Join with BrightHire” button, depending if it is a phone call or a Zoom. When you click this button, the call or Zoom will launch with the Interview Assistant. Your interview will be recorded and transcribed, and all of your notes will be time-stamped for later review.

In the Greenhouse candidate page, simply click the “Call with BrightHire” button next to candidate phone number to launch the BrightHire interview assistant and fire off a call to the candidate.

With either of these options, we will pull in candidate phone number, name, custom questions, and position from Greenhouse into BrightHire.
