Supported candidate uploads
When creating your job post, you'll ask candidates to submit documents, like resumes and cover letters. As part of their application, candidates can upload the following file types:
- .doc
- .docx
- .rtf
- .txt
Candidate uploads can be up to 100 MB, which will support most cover letters and resumes.
Other candidate uploads
You can also ask candidates to upload other files that are relevant to your hiring process. From your job post, scroll to "Custom application questions" and select "Add custom question."
From the "Answers" dropdown menu, choose "Attachment."
Candidates can upload doc, docx, pdf, rtf and txt files that are a maximum of 100 MB.
Large or unsupported candidate files
If you'd like candidates to submit videos, portfolios, or other files larger than 100 MB, ask them to upload the file to a third party site (like Google Drive) and share the link with your hiring team.
From your job post, select "Add custom question."
Go to "Answers" and choose "Short text box" to allow candidates to enter the URL for the third-party hosted file.
