Any user in your Greenhouse Recruiting account can be scheduled to conduct an interview, regardless of their permission level.
To schedule a user for an interview, navigate to the candidate profile where an interview is due to be scheduled and click Schedule Interview.
Progress through the scheduling workflow, typing in the name of the user you wish to schedule as an interviewer in the appropriate field. Fill in additional details, such as date/time, resources, location, etc. When finished, click to schedule the interview or download the .ics file (depending on your calendar type) at the bottom-right of the page.
Scheduling an interview for a user with Job Admin or Site Admin permissions will grant them access to their assigned scorecard, as well as access to the candidate's profile already allowed by their permission level.
Scheduling an interview for a user with Basic permissions will grant them access to the following information for the candidate where they are scheduled:
- Public contact information
- Attachments (resume and cover letter)
- Assigned scorecard
Note: Basic users will not have access to attachments marked Admin Only or Private.
Basic users will not be able to view the candidate's profile or access the full list of candidates on the job.
If your organization allows interviewers to see other users' completed scorecard (either Always or After submitting their own), a link will appear on the right side of the interview kit and completed scorecard.
If applicable, click View Scorecards to see previously submitted scorecards.
This link will allow interviewers to click into and view other scorecards without accessing the candidate's profile.
