Configure User Setup Permissions in Greenhouse Recruiting
In order to enable the Greenhouse Recruiting / Rainmakers integration, you will need the developer permission Can manage ALL organization’s API Credentials.
Contact a Greenhouse Recruiting user in your organization with Site Admin level permissions with the additional user-specific permission Can edit another user's advanced permissions to apply the API credential management permission to your account. Have the user with Site Admin level permissions edit your user account's permissions by navigating to the Configure icon > Users > Your Name.
The user with Site Admin level permissions should navigate to the User-Specific Permissions panel on your user page and expand the Developer Permissions dropdown menu.
Select Can manage ALL organization’s API Credentials so a check is in the checkbox. When finished, click Save.
Repeat as necessary for any other user that should have access to set up the integration.
Create Harvest API Key for Greenhouse Recruiting / Rainmakers Integration
To create a Harvest API key for the integration, click the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner. Navigate to Dev Center on the left-hand panel. From the Dev Center page, click API Credential Management.
From the API Credential Management page, click Create New API Key to generate the API key for Rainmakers.
From the Create new credential dialog box, give your API key a name and select Harvest from the Type dropdown menu. When finished, click Create.
On the Manage API Key Permissions page, grant your API key the following permissions:

When finished, click Update. Once saved, copy the Harvest API key to provide to Rainmakers in the next step. Your Harvest API key for the Greenhouse Recruiting / Rainmakers integration is created and configured.
Provide Harvest API Key to Rainmakers
Navigate to Rainmakers.co and click Settings > Integrations. Paste your copied Harvest API key in the Greenhouse Harvest API Key field. Add the email address you use to sign into Greenhouse Recruiting to the Greenhouse Email field.
Note: Candidates pushed to Greenhouse Recruiting will have the user associated with this email address listed as the creator.

Use Greenhouse Recruiting / Rainmakers Integration
After successfully integrating Greenhouse with Rainmakers, you will be able to:

- Have Rainmakers candidates automatically pushed to Greenhouse Recruiting
Create Rainmakers requisitions using existing Greenhouse Recruiting jobs:
Click + Create Req in Rainmakers and select the Greenhouse Recruiting job you would like linked to a Rainmakers requisition. This creates a Rainmakers requisition with the same name as the Greenhouse Recruiting job.
Unlink a Rainmakers requisition from a Greenhouse Recruiting job:
In the Integrations section of a requisition, click the Unlink button.
Link a Greenhouse Recruiting job to an existing Rainmakers requisition:
In the integrations section of a Requisition, select a Greenhouse Recruiting job you would like to link. Greyed out jobs are already linked to a Rainmakers Requisition.
Push Rainmakers candidates to Greenhouse Recruiting:
Once a Greenhouse Recruiting job is linked to a Rainmakers requisition, all requested candidates for that req will be automatically pushed to Greenhouse Recruiting.
