Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with HR Cloud allows you to automatically move newly hired candidates from Greenhouse Recruiting to the HR Cloud system. In this article, we will cover:
Enable integration in HR Cloud
Navigate to https://corehr.hrcloud.com and log in as an HR administrator role.
Click Settings in the left-hand panel.
From the Settings page, navigate to the Integrations panel and click Greenhouse.io.
Click the toggle next to Greenhouse.io Integration so a checkmark appears.
Copy and save the Endpoint URL and Secret key. This information is used in the next step.
Next, click Configure Greenhouse.io Web Hooks. The page redirects to Greenhouse Recruiting. Follow the steps in the next section of this article to create the webhook.
Create a webhook
To integrate HR Cloud with Greenhouse Recruiting, you'll need to create a webhook. Follow the steps in this article to create your webhook. Use the values listed below to configure the webhooks.
- Name: HR Cloud integration
- When: Candidate has been hired
- Endpoint URL: Enter the Endpoint URL copied from HR Cloud
- Secret Key: Enter the Secret key copied from HR Cloud
If you want a user at your organization to be notified if the webhook encounters an error, enter the user's email address in the Error recipient email field.
