Greenhouse Recruiting offers the ability to post free job ads on several partner boards, including Monster. These free ads can help expand your reach and allow you to access more candidates at no additional cost to your organization.
Unlike other free external job boards such as Glassdoor or Indeed, which are enabled on a per-job basis through the Job Post Edit page, Monster organic job posts are handled at the organization level in Greenhouse Recruiting. Monster organic posts will either be On/Off for every job that is currently live on your job board.
Enable Monster organic job posts
To enable Monster organic job posts, click the Configure icon in the top-right corner of the page and select Job Boards & Posts from the left-side panel.
Locate the job board where you want to set up the integration. Click the Ellipsis icon beside the job board and select Edit Board Settings from the dropdown menu.
On the Edit Your Job Board page, scroll to Allow candidates to apply directly from Monster Organic and select Yes.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save when finished.
Once enabled, all live job posts associated with the job board will be sent to Monster. Candidates applying through these job posts will be added to Greenhouse Recruiting with Monster in the source field.
Note: Once a job post is published, Greenhouse Recruiting sends the job post information to Monster within 3 – 4 hours. From there, it can take up to 48 hours for the data to be processed and the job post to appear on Monster's website.
Update or delete a job post on Monster
To edit the content of a job post on Monster or remove it entirely from Monster's network, edit or delete the job post on Greenhouse Recruiting. Your changes will sync with Monster the next time Monster receives updates from Greenhouse Recruiting.
