Criteria's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly use the two platforms together to add Criteria assessments to your Greenhouse Recruiting interview pipeline.
Set up the integration
To enable the integration, follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your Criteria representative and set up the assessment stage in your interview plans.
Once you've set up your interview plans and configured your take-home test, you'll be able to send the test to candidates.
Use the integration
Once the integration is enabled, ensure you've added the Criteria assessment interview stage to your job.
Next, send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage.
Note: To automate sending tests, create a stage transition rule. Once configured, a Criteria assessment will automatically be sent after a candidate is moved into the Criteria stage.
After it's been sent, the assessment's status appears in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once the candidate has submitted their response to the assessment, their interview kit will contain a link to view the submitted test on the Criteria platform. Click View Report to see the full results of the assessment.
