Wendy evaluates a candidate’s fit based on their objective experience and how their knowledge, skills, and abilities map onto the role for which they are being considered. Wendy evaluates everything from prior work related to the role’s function, related skills and certifications, experience with necessary or similar tools, and how the candidate approaches challenges they might encounter in the role’s day-to-day.
Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Wade & Wendy allows you to seamlessly add Wade & Wendy’s assessment to a job's interview plan.
Enable the Greenhouse Recruiting / Wade & Wendy integration
To enable the integration, follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your Wade & Wendy representative and set up the assessment stage in your interview plans.
Once you've set up your interview plans and configured your take-home test, you'll be able to send the test to candidates.
Use the Wade & Wendy integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the Greenhouse Recruiting / Wade & Wendy integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the Wade & Wendy assessment as an interview stage.
You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage.
After it has been sent, an assessment's status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the Wade & Wendy application.
To see a candidate's results in Wade & Wendy, click View Report.
The Wade & Wendy Recruiter Workspace provides one place to view all of your open roles and candidates that Wendy believes are qualified. The analytics tab for each role shows data on the work Wendy is performing in support of your roles.
- The left panel displays all of your roles
- The middle panel displays the list of candidates that are New, Rejected, or Advanced
- The right panel displays details on the selected candidate
The Candidate Details panel displays information that Wendy gathers during the chat including answers to important questions. Click Chat Transcript to view the full chat.
Approving or Rejecting a candidate in the Recruiter Workspace helps Wendy learn what makes a good candidate and use that feedback to improve future recommendations. Click the X icon to reject or the check icon to approve.
In the feedback dialog box, enter the reason you are advancing or rejecting the candidate to enable the Advance or Reject button. Clicking Advance or Reject at this point will submit the form to Wade and Wendy and trigger an introduction email between recruiter and candidate. You can optionally enter additional details in the text box to help the Wade and Wendy team better understand your needs.
