Greenhouse Support provides email and live chat support Monday through Friday to help with product usability and troubleshooting questions. Our support center, which uses AI to help you quickly find answers, is available 24/7.

Greenhouse Support is available for tickets and live chat during the following hours, Monday–Friday*:

  • 9:00 a.m.–2:00 a.m. GMT +1
  • 4:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. ET
  • 2:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. MT
  • 1:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. PT

If Greenhouse Support will be offline for more than half of a business day, we'll post an in-app message through the Get Help widget, and an email notification typically will be sent to those opted into Greenhouse Operational Updates.
