The Greenhouse Technical Support team will respond with a SendSafely link for you to enter your API key. Add Xref stage to the job's interview plan
Once the Greenhouse Recruiting / Workvisa.io integration is enabled for your organization, you're able to add Xref as an Interview stage.
Follow the steps in this article to add the Xref stage to your job's interview plan.
Configure Xref Job Stage
On the Interview Plan page, find the newly added Xref stage and click Edit Take Home Test next
Once the Xref stage has been added to the job's interview plan, click Edit. Use the provided dropdown to select the assessment to be sent from a list of assessments you previously configured in Xref.
Select the appropriate assessment and assign at least one Greenhouse Recruiting user to grade/review submitted assessments. When finished, click Save at the bottom of the page.
Send and review the Xref test
When candidates are moved into the Xref interview stage, Greenhouse Recruiting will display a Send Test link on the candidate's profile. Xref requires a Recruiter source against the candidate in order to create the check and attribute the request to a user.
Once the test has been sent, the status of the test will be viewable in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the scorecard page will contain a link to view the submitted test on Xref.
The Xref report also will be saved as a document that can be viewed from the candidate's Details tab > All Attachments section.
