Custom agency questions allow your organization to collect additional information from agency recruiters when they refer candidates to assigned jobs.
Note: Any existing responses to a deleted custom agency question will still appear on candidate profiles.
To delete a custom agency question, click the Configure icon on your navigation bar and then click Custom Options on the left.
Next, click Agency Questions.
The next page will list all agency questions for your organization.
To delete a custom agency question, click the Delete icon beside the question.
A box will ask you to confirm the decision. Click Yes, remove it.
The custom agency question will be removed from your organization's configuration. Any existing responses to the deleted custom agency question will still appear on submitted candidate profiles, but the field will no longer show up for new agency questions.
