Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Remotive allows you to sync your job posts from Greenhouse Recruiting to Remotive.
Find your job post URL
To start, navigate to the job post in Greenhouse Recruiting (Jobs > [Job name] > Job Setup > Job Posts).
Locate the job post you want to share with Remotive and click the View Live icon beneath the job post.
This will open the job post on your careers page. Copy the resulting URL in your browser bar, and save the URL to share with Remotive in the next step.
Note: The Remotive integration requires the job post URL to be provided in the following format: https://boards.greenhouse.io/YOUR_COMPANY/jobs/JOB_ID. If your organization uses customized job post URL formatting (like https://www.greenhouse.io/careers/opportunities/job?id=#######), you will need to obtain your company's job board token and the job post ID, then provide those details to Remotive in the next step using the required formatting.
Use the Remotive integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
To share the job post on Remotive, navigate to Remotive's Post a Job page at https://remotive.io/job/post/new.
Scroll to the ATS services section, and click Greenhouse Recruiting.
Paste your external job post URL in the provided dialog window, then click Import.
Note: Be sure your job post URL uses the following format: https://boards.greenhouse.io/YOUR_COMPANY/jobs/JOB_ID.
That's it! Your listing will appear on the platform Remotive.io.
Here's an example of a job posted to Remotive:
At the top and at the bottom of the job listing, candidates have the option to click Apply for this position.
When people click Apply for this position, they'll be redirected to the job post on your careers page!
Additional resources
If you want candidates who apply to your jobs via Remotive to have a source of Remotive, you must take the following additional steps:
- Create a custom source for Remotive.
- Create a tracking link for the job post using the Remotive source.
- Follow the steps above to post the job to Remotive (including using the required URL formatting), then edit your Remotive posting to add the custom tracking link to the post!
