As the name implies, a template job is a template that includes the key components for most of the jobs your organization will open. Subsequently, members of your team can decide to use the template as a starting point when creating new job, or be limited to only using templates when creating a new job.
In this article, we will cover how to mark an existing job as a template job.

Click All Jobs on the navigation bar and select a job that to be marked as a template job from the subsequent list.
Note: Template jobs and confidential jobs are mutually exclusive. You cannot mark a confidential job as a template job.
Click Job Setup on the job navigation bar and select Job Info on the left-hand panel.
From the Job Info page, navigate to the upper right-hand corner and enable the toggle next to Template Job.
Once enabled, a Template Job tag appears next to the job name.
