Jopwell is a career advancement platform for Black, Latinx, and Indigenous Peoples students and professionals. Jopwell assists companies with their diversity recruitment, marketing, and retention efforts at scale.
Greenhouse Recruiting’s integration with Jopwell allows you to send your jobs and application updates to Jopwell, while also allowing you to send Jopwell candidates directly into your Greenhouse Recruiting account as either candidates or prospects.
Create an ingestion API key for the Jopwell integration
To integrate with Jopwell, you'll need to create an Ingestion API key and provide it to Jopwell.
Follow the steps in this article for more information on creating an Ingestion API key. Once the key is created, provide it to Jopwell in the next step so they can set up the integration with Greenhouse Recruiting.
Enable the Jopwell integration
To enter the API key created in the previous step, log into your Jopwell account and follow the steps here: Jopwell > ATS integration.
When prompted, enter the API key you created in the previous step.
Once the integration is set up, your jobs, candidates, and application statuses will be sent from Greenhouse Recruiting to Jopwell. The transferred data will include the following:
- Job title
- Job description
- Job location
- Status of current applications
Use the Jopwell integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
All clients that have set up the Greenhouse integration on Jopwell are given two options: to either send a profile as a prospect (just the user info) or as a candidate (an application to a specific job).
Note: Organizations with an essential subscription for Greenhouse Recruiting might not have the prospects feature enabled in their Greenhouse Recruiting account. If your organization doesn't have the prospects feature, Jopwell will submit profiles to your Greenhouse Recruiting account as candidates.
To transfer Jopwell profiles to Greenhouse Recruiting, click the Send to ATS button when viewing a candidate profile on Jopwell. The profile will be created as a prospect in your Greenhouse Recruiting account.
With the Greenhouse Recruiting / Jopwell integration, all job candidates applying through Jopwell will be tagged automatically. To identify these candidates in Greenhouse Recruiting, sort for candidates with a Source of Jopwell.
To update Jopwell on the status of your candidates, simply make the application status updates in Greenhouse Recruiting, and they will be updated on Jopwell as well. No additional steps are required!
