Visier for mid-market is a people analytics solution that makes it easy for HR leaders to transform their existing people data into meaningful analytics in just a few clicks.
Greenhouse Recruiting’s integration with Visier allows you to analyze your applicant pipeline and job posting process flow from end to end.
Create a Harvest API key for the Visier integration
To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / Visier integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the Visier integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API type: Harvest
- Partner: Visier
- Description: Visier Harvest API key

Use the Visier integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Sign in to Visier with an Administrator's profile and click the Admin link on the left-hand side to navigate to the Admin Dashboard. On the Admin Dashboard page, click the Manage Data Provider(s) button.
Click the Add New Data Provider button.
In the HR Application dropdown, select Greenhouse.
Follow the prompts to paste the Harvest API key previously generated in Greenhouse Recruiting. Click the Authenticate button when finished. Visier will test the connect to Greenhouse Recruiting to confirm it can access your data.
If all is configured correctly, you will be asked to confirm the configuration by clicking the Next button.
If you are happy with your configuration, complete the process by clicking the Finish button on the confirmation step.
The Greenhouse Recruiting / Visier integration has been enabled successfully on Visier's platform.
Update Visier application and begin analysis
Your Greenhouse Recruiting applicant tracking and posting data can be pulled into Visier and combined with employee data from your HRIS. To move the data from Greenhouse Recruiting to Visier, from the Admin Dashboard page, click the Update Now button.
Your Visier application will work behind the scenes, bringing all the changes since your last update, to allow you to analyze up-to-the-minute data. Depending on how many changes you have made since the last update, this may take up to 10 minutes to complete. You will receive an email once the data transfer is complete.
Click the Update Now button any time you need to synchronize your analysis environment with changes made in your Greenhouse Recruiting and HRIS data.
