OutMatch's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly add an OutMatch assessment to a job's interview plan.
Enable the OutMatch integration
To enable the integration, follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your OutMatch representative and set up the assessment stage in your interview plans.
Once you've set up your interview plans and configured your take-home test, you'll be able to send the test to candidates.
Use the integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the OutMatch integration is enabled for your organization, you'll be able to add the OutMatch assessment as an interview stage. Learn more about configuring interview stages.
Click Send Test to send an OutMatch assessment to a candidate on the OutMatch stage.
After it's been sent, the assessment's status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once a candidate has submitted their test, click the stage for more details about the results.
Click View Report to see a candidate's results on OutMatch.
You'll be taken to the OutMatch platform for detailed results.
