Greenhouse Recruiting's structured education fields allows your organization to capture a candidate's relevant education history in a uniform format. By capturing a candidate's education history this way, your organization can more easily and effectively search your candidate database using common criteria.
In this article, we'll cover how to edit one or more structured education fields on an existing candidate's profile.
To edit a candidate's structured education fields, click the Candidates tab on your navigation bar and select a candidate from the subsequent page.
Note: If needed, use the filter panels on the left-hand side to narrow down the list of candidates.
Click the Candidate tab on the right side of their profile and scroll down to the Education section. Click the Edit icon next to the information you want to update.
Update the information as needed and click Save.
Note: Structured education fields can be left blank. Additionally, requirement rules for structured education fields that were configured for the job post do not apply when editing a candidate's profile.
