Greenhouse Recruiting
- We made a slight change to the Subject line on job approval emails to help your organization quickly understand what approval stage is being requested (i.e. approval to start candidate recruitment or approval to start creating offers).
- Pipeline reports now display Stages in a more intuitive way (e.g. Current Pipeline per Job, Pipeline Snapshots Over Time, Pipeline by Demographic, etc..). The Offer Stage type will now always appear as the last Stage in the report. If jobs included in the report has Offer Stage types with differing names, we will display these in ascending alphabetical order from the bottom.
- We have re-introduced search functionality when linking responses to a Custom Application Question to custom field on a candidate's profile.
CRM & Events
- In order to improve the accuracy and flexibility of our reports, Greenhouse CRM has recently added a new toggle to the Prospect Pool Activity report that enables your organization to include migrated prospects in the report.
