Private candidate profiles can only be viewed by users who have additional permissions to access private candidate data. In this article, we will cover how to make multiple candidate profiles private using Greenhouse Recruiting's bulk edit feature.
Click Candidates in the navigation bar.
Select Bulk Actions.
Note: If you need to narrow the current list of candidates to a smaller group, first use the filter panels on the left side of the page to narrow down the list of candidates.
Select the checkbox next to each candidate you want to include in the bulk action.
When all candidates are selected, click Edit Selected.
Click Make Private in the Action section.
Click Make Candidates Private on the confirmation prompt.
