If Domo is your preferred business intelligence tool, your organization can connect the tool to Greenhouse Recruiting’s Amazon Redshift to pull all of your data and perform advanced data analytics. In this article, we will cover how to:


Allowlist IP Addresses and Retrieve Greenhouse Database Credentials

Unlike other BI Tools, Greenhouse Recruiting does not need to allowlist your organization's IP addresses. Additionally, Greenhouse Recruiting has already allowlisted Domo's IP addresses so your organization can easily access Redshift via Domo.

Contact your organization's Customer Success Manager to receive the necessary credentials to log into Greenhouse Recruiting's database hosted on Amazon Redshift. Your organization will need the following information:

Database Name
Database Username
Database Password


Connect Domo to Greenhouse's Redshift

Once the credentials to access the Greenhouse Database are received, navigate to your Domo account and click the + in the upper right-hand corner. Select Data from the dropdown menu.


Click Database and then select Amazon Redshift.


From the subsequent page, click Get the Data.


Use the subsequent dialog box to enter the following information in the appropriate fields:

 Field Name  Input
 JDBC Driver  Select the latest driver
 Database  Value shared by your Customer Success Manager
 Username  Value shared by your Customer Success Manager
 Password  Value shared by your Customer Success Manager
 Certificate Format Select No Certificate - Please use Default Certificate


Click Connect when finished.


Common Connection Errors

Wrong Password

Check the password and make sure there are no empty spaces before and after the password that was copied and pasted.


IP Address Not Allowlisted

Greenhouse Recruiting has allowlisted Domo's IP address listed here. If you see this error message, please contact the Greenhouse Support Team.
