Follow-up Reminders allow you to easily see at a glance the tasks assigned to you so you can better track necessary next steps for candidates. In this article, we will cover how to set follow-up reminders for multiple candidates using Greenhouse Recruiting's bulk edit feature.

Click Candidates in the navigation bar.


Select Bulk Actions

Note: If you need to narrow the current list of candidates to a smaller group, first use the filter panels on the left side of the page to narrow down the list of candidates.


Select the checkbox next to each candidate you want to include in the bulk action. 


When all candidates are selected, click Edit Selected.


Click Set Reminder.  


Use the scheduling window to select which users you'd like to notify, and when the follow-up reminder should be emailed. You can also enter any additional notes in the available field. 


When you're finished, click Set Follow-up.
